Renee Kathleen Zellweger

Renee Kathleen Zellweger, was born in Katy, Texas on April 25 the year 1969. Her mother, Kjellfrid (Andreassen) is a former nurse and midwife born in Norway. Kven (Finnish), and also has Swedish and Norwegian descent. Emil Erich Zellweger is her father. He is a Swiss engineer. They got married in 1963. Renee has a brother named Drew Zellweger, a marketing executive who was born on the 15th of February, 1967. Renee was part of the drama club in high school and began to be interested in acting. She attended an acting class at University of Texas (Austin) and began to think about acting as a career. She was determined to perform after she graduated, but Hollywood is not easy to make it into. Renee decided not to quit Texas and auditioned at Houston to be cast in roles. On the set of the sequel to that film, Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation (1994), she befriended Matthew McConaughey, another Hollywood newcomer. Renee saw him working on a project and auditioned. She was offered the role in Love , and an offer of a 45 (1994). The role brought her enough praise that she relocated to Los Angeles. Then, she was offered a part in The Whole Wide World (1996) and it gave her an opportunity to make her debut as a major actress. Cameron Crowe was busy casting Jerry Maguire (1996) in which she starred Tom Cruise. Crowe was thinking about actresses like Bridget Fonda (Camden Diaz), Winona Ryder (Winona Ryder) and Marisa Tomei. He saw Zellweger's performance in The Whole Wide World (1996). He auditioned Zellweger and was confident that he had found the perfect Dorothy Boyd. Renee then followed her enormous success by releasing a couple of independent films. After receiving further critical praise and confidence, she decided to reenter the realm of large-budget Hollywood films. Meryl Streep was the co-star in One True Thing (1998). She also played a part in Me, Myself & Irene (2000) with Jim Carrey, and soon after she began dating Carrey. in the title role in Bridget Jones's Diary (2001).
